WHY DO WE NEED TO WRITE THE CONTRACT UP ON A CONDO P&S Agreement?
The homes are technically "Air Condos" but they look and finance like Single Family.
WHat are the hoa fees? and what do they cover?
The HOA fees are $150 per month and will cover Common Area Maintenance.
ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS?
At this time, there are no special assessments.
how many homes are available?
There will be a total of 13 homes in the plat. There are 4 homes remaining at Artessa, Unit 11 is currently available.
When will the homes be completed?
Unit 11 is currently Available.
Units 8, 9 & 10 are scheduled to be completed between March-May of 2018.
is the builder accepting pre-sales or lot reservations?
The builder is not accepting any lot reservations at this time. The homes will go on the market as they are closer to completion .
Can we tour the property?
Yes, you may preview the site but please do not disturb the workers or current owners at the property with any questions you may have. You may not enter the homes at any point without permission from the listing agent or unless accompanied by a licensed Real Estate Agent. This is a construction site so please use caution walking around but we encourage buyers to get a feel for the neighborhood.
When will a model home be available?
Unit 11 is currently our model home and is currently Available for purchase.
What floor plan is each home going to be?
Plan 1961- Lots 8- 13
Plan 1962- Lots 3 - 7
Plan 2812- Lot 1 -2
Who is the builder? What homes has he done?

How can we see what the finishes will be?

Why do I have to fill out my agents contact information when registering?
The builder would like all agents and buyers inquiring about Artessa Kirkland to be registered in our system prior to viewing the property.

Are you accepting VA loans?

Are the homes fenced?
The homes do have fully fenced backyards.
What are the prices of the other lots?
The builder has decided to price each homes as they go on the market.
How can we put in an offer together?
The preferred process is for your clients to make an offer “subject to plans and specifications from the builder.” Once we have an agreed upon offer, the builder will provide the buyer (s) with all the builder addendum's, plans and specifications of the property. At which point, you’ll have all of the information needed to review and move forward.
